LeadKast is operated by M&N Consulting LLC out of Brentwood, Tennessee, and led by Lehman Hailey — a founder who has spent his career on both sides of the table: as an operator in the seat, and as the advisor sitting next to it.
Lehman started his first business in 1998 and has been advising and scaling companies since 2004. He built Evergreen Mortgage in Brentwood from the ground up as a brick-and-mortar business — and has since launched and scaled multiple online companies. He is the author of The DNA of Internet Marketing.
Today his focus is the intersection of business strategy, intelligence, and modern technology — helping established owners make better decisions and build the systems that act on them. The work is grounded in real operating experience, not theory borrowed from a slide deck.
